- Once you sign your listing agreement, our Beacon REALTOR® will arrange to have your home photographed for your listing. All of this included with your listing. If your home doesn’t sell, you owe us nothing!
- You will complete a property disclosure and it will be placed on your listing to inform buyers about your home.
- Your Beacon REALTOR® will arrange to market and show your home to prospective buyers.
- Once an interested buyer makes an offer on your home, Your Beacon REALTOR® will negotiate a purchase price on your behalf.

- Once under contract, your Beacon REALTOR® will coordinate the sale process of your home with the title company, the buyer’s lender, and the buyer’s agent.
